Monday:
Warm-up- 800 meter jog or jumprope
WOD- 2/3Angie- Complete each exercise before moving on. For Time.
            100 push-ups
            100 sit-ups
            100 squats


Tuesday:
Warm-up- 1 mile jog
WOD- for time
            10 burpees, 10 laying leg raises repeated 3 more times


Wednesday:
Warm-up- jumprope
WOD- 2x10 jump lunges alternating legs, 2x10 squat jump, 2x10 1leg squat
          

Thursday:
Warm-up- 100 Jumping Jacks
WOD- 10 minutes for reps
             5 wall push-ups
             10 push-ups
             10 sit-ups
             10 burpees

Friday:
Warm-up- 1 mile run
WOD- for time
            2 pull-up, 2 hanging leg raises
            4 pull-ups, 4 hanging leg raises
